Dryland Puckhandling Drills for Coordination

Here are some ideas for Dryland Puckhandling Drills to improve your coordination ability. Every drill requires you to move your feet while controlling the ball.

These drills are featured in the "Hockey Lab Japan : THE HANDLINGER CD-ROM (in Japanese only)". In these drills, I'm using Swedish Stickhandling Ball (wooden ball) and SmartHockey Stickhandling Ball.

I hope you like them. Enjoy!
