Mikio is famous for his long term series of hockey coaching articles on Ice Hockey Magazine (Baseball Magazine Inc.). He has studied hockey and team sports theory for long time, interchanging with coaches around the world like Dave King, Francois Allaire. He is organizing many hockey clinics in Japan.
